Designers of the Fairview Business Centre in Calgary needed a faster, lower-cost alternative to traditional brick wall construction. The solution was Agilia self-leveling concrete from Lafarge.

Agilia requires no vibration to place and it requires minimal finishing. A mould liner was used to achieve the brick “look” and the red color was achieved by applying stain to the raised areas with a roller. The unraised areas remained grey, simulating natural mortar.
