Lafarge's UltraHorizonal and Agilia products were used to meet the aesthetic and environmental requirements of this bridge project.
Details:
This four-lane bridge in Calgary, Alberta required special design and construction considerations to minimize the impact on the environmentally sensitive Fish Creek Park. Lafarge UltraHorizontal™ concrete was used on the bridge deck, and Lafarge Agilia® was used in the diaphragm sections as well as the bearing pads.
