Cement Professionals Training Program
The CP program, for entry-level degreed engineering graduates, exposes the engineer to the various aspects of manufacturing at a cement plant, giving excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Lafarge Leadership Development Program
The Lafarge Leadership Development Program (LLDP), for entry-level degreed engineers hired into our Aggregates & Concrete division, focuses on developing a well-rounded understanding of the construction materials industry as well as the reinforcement of leadership principals and practices.
